I’m Keith Silvas, owner and inspector at Red Rock Home Inspections. With over 14 years of experience and a background in military construction, I bring a detail-driven, no-nonsense approach to home inspections across San Diego and surrounding areas.

Before founding Red Rock, I served as a U.S. Navy Seabee, where I gained hands-on construction experience and developed the discipline and precision that still shape my work today.
I became a Certified Professional Inspector over 10 years ago through InterNACHI. In December 2023, I further solidified my technical foundation by earning an Associate of Science degree in Construction Inspection from Southwestern College.
Since then, I’ve completed thousands of inspections — from single-family homes to condos, manufactured homes, pools, and more.
